Disney Cruise Line has partnered with Inspire Labs to administer all Covid-19 testing before guests depart on their cruise.
Once arriving at the port, you will present your Port Arrival form with QR code. Then you will be escorted by a Cast Member to the Health Screening tents. The Health Screening and testing stations are divided into 4 easy steps. There is visual signage everywhere and lots of Cast Members to direct you if needed.
Step 1 – This step reviews your information and verifies your health questionnaire is completed, identification matches your Port Arrival form, and verifies whom needs screening based on your Safe Passage website entries.
Step 2 – This step checks you in for testing and provides you your testing kits. The kit contains an envelope for each person needing testing in your party with instructions, a test tube, and a pen to label your test tube upon completion. You are then directed to the next station.
Step 3 – Each party is directed to a tent station marked with a specific number and an Inspire Labs staff member to assist with the self test. The test is a self swab for each member of your party. After testing, each tube is scanned and added to each individuals’ Safe Passage account where it will show as pending until test results are processed.
Step 4 – After testing is completed, you are directed to an air conditioned tent with a TV monitor that displays the test result status. The tent is comfortable with cartoons for kids and seating. Results will be displayed on the board by your cruise reservation number or you can check the status on the Safe Passage website. Most tests are completed in 45 minutes to an hour.
Once you receive the green check on the Safe Passage website or on your TV screen, you are cleared to board the ship and enjoy your Disney Cruise!
