Universal Orlando’s Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is extending its suspension of operations through May 18, 2021. Previously the suspension on this resort was to end on February 8, 2021, but in a recent announcement it has continued this suspension from February 9 through May 18.
Universal is offering guests a complimentary, free of charge upgrade to Loews Royal Pacific Resort as long as the existing room reservations do not change dates. The complimentary upgrade is for a room of equal or lower value, subject to availability, but premier resort benefits for guests will be honored with the upgrade. This free upgrade is not transferrable to another resort or dates.
