One of the best and hardest to get reservations at the Walt Disney World Resort, since its opening is Be Our Guest. This hard to get reservation is the only way to see inside the beautiful Beast’s Castle that is a replica of the classic movie Beauty and the Beast.
Once inside, guests of the castle are seated in one of three rooms: the Ballroom, the Rose Gallery, or the West Wing. The West Wing is a personal favorite that even features the Enchanted Rose, but it can be a little dark and scary for small children. During dinner, the Beast will make his way around each room to welcome guests. Be sure to have your camera ready!
The Be Our Guest menu is a pre fixe 3-course menu featuring French-inspired dishes.
The signature dishes of the restaurant include the French Onion Soup and the Center-cut Filet Mignon.
For dessert, both adults and kids are given a dessert trio featuring a White Chocolate “Chip” Cup, the Grey Stuff, and Macaron. The kids dessert is fun and provides edible paint so they can decorate Chip and their plates. This is the kids favorite part of the experience, as it is both entertaining and delicious!
